"Quick shipping and the little stuff is usually there"
I’ve had a good experience overall. The things I need are usually in stock, which I appreciate, especially when I’m trying to grab one specific item and not hunt around forever. Shipping has been fast too, my last order showed up sooner than I expected, and the box was in good shape, right down to the tape not being all peeled up

I ran into a setup issue with one of our Advantech devices and expected it to take a while, but support replied way faster than I thought they would. They sent clear steps, followed up afterward, and we had it fixed the same day. No unnecessary back-and-forth either, which I really appreciated.

"Wish I’d done the warranty RMA sooner"
I had to send my unit back under warranty i was kind of dreading it for no reason. Support got back to me quickly, the steps were easy to follow, and the replacement showed up working just fine. Looking back, I regret putting it off because it ended up being way smoother than I expected. No big hassle at all, which was exactly what I was hoping for.

"Helpful manuals, just a little dated"
The manuals helped me get the board set up without much trouble. I also liked that the order email and receipt had the basic info easy to find. A few of the diagrams looked a bit old and could probably use an update, but overall the docs were still clear enough and useful...

We used Advantech for an industrial PC upgrade, and overall it went well. The hardware compatibility was solid for what we needed, and our existing I/O cards and serial devices worked without much fuss, which was the biggest concern going in.
I’m giving it 4 stars because tracking down the right drivers and double checking the exact specs took longer than I expected. Not a major problem, just a little unclear at first. Once we got past that, it did the job just fine.

"Pretty good value, I think"
I felt like it was worth it overall. The prices seemed fair for what you get, at least in my experience. I did wonder for a second if I was overestimating the value, but it felt like a good deal to me.

"Solid gear that’s made my workday easier"
We’ve been using Advantech units out on our shop floor, and they’ve handled the heat, dust, and everyday bumps without any drama. No random failures so far, which is the biggest win for me because I haven’t had to babysit the equipment or explain downtime to anyone. Ordering from advantech.com was straightforward too, so the whole process was smoother than I expected

"Sales team was easy to work with"
I had to place a hardware order through advantech, and the account manager I dealt with was genuinely helpful. I’m probably missing a few details since this was just one order, but the replies came back quickly, the pricing was straightforward, and they checked in without getting annoying about it. There was a small delay somewhere along the way, but they kept me posted, so it wasn’t really a problem. Overall, smooth experience...
